Hi, I’m Reiko, founder of North Fox Tech.I’ve always loved technology, but what I enjoy most about it is what technology can do for people. North Fox Tech grew from that combination: a love of figuring out how things work and a genuine desire to help when they don’t.My background includes computer maintenance, IT support, troubleshooting, device setup and provisioning, technical documentation, and supporting Windows and macOS environments. I also bring many years of customer service experience, which has taught me something just as important as the technical side: sometimes the best support starts by listening.My experiences with disability have shaped the way I approach technology and the people I help. I understand that technology isn’t equally easy or accessible for everyone. I want North Fox Tech to be a place where people can ask questions, learn, and get help without feeling embarrassed or talked down to.Today, I provide remote and on-site support for individuals and small businesses. As North Fox Tech grows, my vision is to build those same values into a company capable of supporting larger businesses, organizations, and public-sector clients.Growth matters to me, but I don’t want North Fox Tech to become cold or impersonal as it grows. North Fox Tech does not guarantee that every damaged, infected, or malfunctioning device can be repaired.
Customers are encouraged to maintain a current backup of important data before service. North Fox Tech can help with backup options when needed.
Prices shown are starting rates and may vary for unusually complex work, specialized equipment, large deployments, or organizational projects.
Travel and Service Area
0-10 miles are included
11–20 miles: +$15
21–30 miles: +$30
Beyond 30 miles: Custom quote
Priority and After Hours
Same-Day Priority Service: +$25 when available
Evening Service: +$25 per appointment
Weekend Service: +$35 per appointment
Additional On-Site Time: $35 per 30 minutes residential / $42.50 per 30 minutes business
Parts & Hardware: Not included in service pricing. Any parts or equipment will be discussed and approved before purchase.
Software & Subscriptions: Any required paid software, licenses, or subscriptions are the customer's responsibility and will be approved before purchase.
